Request informationThe Children’s Society has produced a Donations in Memory pack which provides helpful information and materials to organise a collection for a loved one.
A Donations in Memory pack contains:
- Notification cards to send to family and friends giving them details of the funeral service or commemorative service. It also tells them about Living Memorial Funds.
- A leaflet showing how The Children’s Society brings hope for a better future to isolated and vulnerable children.
- Information about collecting donations at the service.
- Gift Aid envelopes – using these at the service will enable The Children’s Society to claim an additional 28p in tax relief for every £1 donated.
- Thank you cards – used to thank family and friends for their donations.
Other materials:
- Posters, flyers and information leaflets that tell people about making donations in memory are available, but they do not come as part of the pack.
